Dispatch and delivery times
Dispatch and estimated delivery times depend on the products ordered, stock availability, and your delivery address.
Estimated timescales are shown at checkout where available. If we are unable to meet the timeframe shown, we will contact you.
Delivery charges
UK delivery rates and VAT are shown at checkout for your order. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Where VAT applies, it is shown in line with our checkout display.

Tracking and missed deliveries
If tracking information is available for your order, we will share it when your order is dispatched or as soon as it is provided by the carrier.
If a delivery fails, is missed, or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us with your order number. We will help you resolve the issue with the carrier where applicable.
Returns
To request a return, please contact us using the email or phone on our Contact page. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
Do not send goods back until we have confirmed your return is eligible and provided return instructions.

2. We confirm eligibility
We will confirm whether the products are suitable for return. Certain health or personal care items may be excluded once opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.

We will share the return address and any instructions you need. Unless you are exercising a legal right to cancel a distance contract within the period required by UK law, please wait for our confirmation before sending items back.

When your return is received and approved, we will process a refund as described below.
Refunds
When a return is approved and received, refunds are processed to your original payment method where possible, including any VAT shown on your order.
How long a refund takes to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider. If you have questions about a refund, contact us with your order number.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us promptly with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue.
We will work with you to put things right in line with your legal rights and these policies.
Items that cannot be returned
Some products cannot be returned once opened or used, particularly where hygiene, safety, or sealed packaging is involved.
Specific exclusions will be confirmed when you request a return. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this page.
