About TradeFayre
TradeFayre operates this website to sell home, health and wellness products to customers in the United Kingdom. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Using this website
You must use this website lawfully and not attempt to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorised access, or misuse any information displayed on it. We may update the website, product range and these terms from time to time.
Product information on the website is provided for general guidance. You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for your needs before you order.
Product information
We aim to describe products accurately, including titles, images and descriptions. Minor variations in packaging, labelling or appearance may occur where manufacturers change packaging without notice.
If you believe any product information is incorrect, please contact us before ordering or as soon as possible after delivery.
Genuine and aftermarket products
Where a product is described as genuine, it should be supplied as a genuine branded product. Where a product is described as aftermarket, compatible or replacement, it is not presented as being made by the original brand owner unless the product page clearly states otherwise.
Please read each product page carefully before purchase, especially where compatibility, model numbers or intended use are stated.
Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise. Where VAT applies to your order, it will be shown during checkout in line with the way prices are presented on the website at the time you order.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If we discover an error after you have placed an order, we will contact you and explain your options before proceeding.
Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products in your basket at the prices shown at checkout. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email (or otherwise confirm acceptance of your order).
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is an obvious pricing or description error.
Payment
Payment must be made at checkout using the payment methods shown there at the time of your order, which may include card payments and PayPal where available.
Your payment is processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card details on our servers.
Delivery
Delivery options, estimated timescales and costs are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the products ordered and delivery address.
Further information about UK delivery and VAT is on our Delivery & Returns page.
Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provide, or to a carrier if you arrange collection. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Returns and cancellations
Please see our Delivery & Returns page for details of how to request a return, refund or exchange.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms. If you are buying as a consumer, you may have rights to cancel certain distance contracts within the period required by UK law, subject to exceptions for sealed hygiene products and similar items where applicable.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us promptly with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue. We will work with you to put things right in line with your legal rights and our Delivery & Returns page.
Product availability
All orders are subject to stock availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a refund for the affected item or an alternative if you agree.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact and delivery information, use products in line with any instructions or warnings supplied, and ensure that products you order are lawful for you to receive and use in the UK.
Website content and availability
We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Subject to the paragraph above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or purchase of products, and our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order, except where a higher limit is required by law.
Privacy and personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, why we use it, and your rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after the update date shown above, unless we notify you otherwise.
